Registration Fees
 
Members of the French Association in Spatial Econometrics and Statistics benefit from a reduced rate.

For those who wish to join the association, it is recommanded to do so before registering for the workshop.

 
Senior researcher member of the association:  €130 VAT included
Senoir resercher non member of the associaiton: €180 VAT included
PhD student and post-doc member of the association:  €80 VAT included
PhD student and post-doc non member of the association:  €110 VAT included
 
 
The fees include conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and the gala dinner.
The gala dinner will take place at the Cité internationale centre for gastronomy and wine.
 
How to register:

Registration must be done online. It covers the 2 days of the conference. It is not possible to register for the days independently.

For those who are exempt from registration fees (guest box): only the registration form has to be filled in and sent to sew2023@sciencesconf.org.

If you are not exempt from registration fees, payment of registration fees must accompany all registrations. Payment must be done before the registration deadline. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Several payment methods are possible:

- By bank check, payable to « Régisseur des UFR juridique et économique »

- By bank transfer in the name of Régisseur des UFR juridique et économique. Find the détails of the account on the registration form

- By credit card via the online platform Paybox:

- By purchase order (INSTITUTIONAL PAYMENT WITH INVOICE), at the address of université de Bourgogne – LEDi (a table must be completed on the registration form).

No reimbursement is possible in case of cancellation.

Whether you are exempt from registration fees or not and whatever the method of payment chosen, the registration formmust be completed and transmetted to: sew2023@sciencesconf.org.
